Event: Reduced Blood Analysis

Information:
12 Hour Fasting is necessary for accurate results for most blood analysis. Blood analysis results will be faxed to your doctor free of charge. If you would like to receive a copy of your results, please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope or you may also purchase a stamped envelope for the cost of postage.
Walk ins are welcome or schedule appointments.
Event: Drug and Alcohol Screenings
Dates:
Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm (excluding holidays and office closure due to emergencies and inclement weather)
Information:
We will be offering DOT, NON-DOT, Random, Hair, and Alcohol Rapid Test with Breathalyzer Confirmation. We also have 6 panel and 12 panel Rapid Results Instant Cup. Contact the office if there is an emergency need to see if we can meet you onsite or conduct testing outside of normal office hours.

Information:
Please call 304-873-1531 to reserve your seat. This is a 2 hour course that you must be present and participate to receive the Food Worker Card you chose. Call the office for more information. Classes of less than three may be canceled.
Classes of 10 or more may be planned outside of the posted schedule if prior arrangement and scheduling can accommodate needs.
