On December 20, 2023, Governor Jim Justice issued a proclamation, declaring December 22, 2023, a full-day state holiday for state employees.
“In recognition of the hard work accomplished by the public employees of this State throughout the past year, and in acknowledgement of the holiday season, it is fitting and proper that the public employees of this State be given this additional time off to spend an extended and enjoyable holiday with their loved ones,” Gov. Justice said in the proclamation.

Doddridge County Health Department will be closed December 22-26, 2023, and will re-open December 27, 2023, 8am-4pm. If you have a medical emergency please call 9-1-1.

On Thursday, December 21, 2023, Governor Jim Justice issued a , proclamation, declaring Friday, December 29, 2023, a full-day state holiday for state employees.

Doddridge County Health Department will be closed Friday, December 29, 2023 to Monday, January 1, 2024. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, 8am to 4pm. If you have a medical emergency please call 9-1-1.
