Our Community Health Promotion Program includes the broad goals of assessing and reporting community health needs, facilitating community partnerships to reach community members who most need access to our services, and building bridges health partners to expand access to much needed health services within our community.
Our daily Health Promotion Offerings Include:
- INR screenings to help those taking Coumadin or Warfarin, blood thinning medications
- Blood pressure screenings
- General Health Injection under doctors order (vitamin B12 etc.)
- Public Health Nursing with doctors order (example wound care)
- Brining health to you for vaccine and public health nursing as needed.
